Victoria sat on her bed with a grim look on her face, today had been one she hadn't expected.

Her head turned towards it, her expression quickly changing, although not back to normal, there was less of anger on it now as she spoke.

" It's me. May I come in?" The voice caused Victoria to frown, for it was non other than the voice of her youngest brother, Charles.

She had no intention of letting him in, after all, she felt as if all her siblings were suddenly colluding against her, of course she knew Charles only did as their master asked, but even so, seeing him act like he was against her as well always left a dissatisfied feeling in her heart.

Hearing no reply even up till now, Charles decided to speak up once more. " If you won't open the door, that's fine as well. I only came here to inform of you of something." Said Charles from the other side of the door, neither angry nor sad.

" He says you better not do anything that might ruin this for him. If you do...." Charles said, his voice trailing off at the end.

" Well I'm sure I don't need to finish that sentence for you. For your sake sister, I hope you stop this tantrum of yours and clear your head. There's a game being played and I'd appreciate it if you put your head on straight and focused, rather than causing us to lose piece after piece."

Throughout his speech, Charles made sure not to say anything direct that might cause suspicions in the minds of those secretly eavesdropping on them.

Which showed that even till now, he still had his masters best interest at heart. There was no way he'd let anyone ruin his masters plans, even if that person turned out to be his sister.

After saying his piece, Charles left. Truth fully, Su Ping had told him to keep Victoria under control after he'd come to him bearing worries about his sister's current actions.

' Damnit! Now even master is looking down on me!' Victoria on the other hand gnashed her beautiful teeth after hearing her brother's word, deep within her eyes, a purple black glow could be seen but for a moment, a touch of crimson flashed across it's surface.

She refused to believe this, how could she believe it, that the man after her heart was now showing displeasure towards her? A man she would gladly kill for, commit atrocities in his name and gladly submit towards any sexual acts, now seemed so distant all of a sudden.

Her teeth gritted with determination, a new will burned within her, one that refused to submit and simply accept her date, she refused to accept fading away from his life and becoming an extra in his life.

Come what may, right now The only thoughts spiralling within her minds, were all sorts of thoughts that could put her back in his good graces.

" And how did it go?" Su Ping asked Yu An who sat next to him. Right now it was night time and the bar was closed. Rather than speaking outright. Her gaze was fixed on the new face she saw hovering behind her beloved.

Nebula's expression was calm even while being stared at by the Wolf King. While she was able to sense the woman's vast strength, she still looked undisturbed.

She knew that the woman before her no doubt had her misgivings towards her but with her Master present, there was no way she could do anything to her.

After a moment of silence, Yu An finally spoke. " I took care of it without fail, right now the 4 gangs no longer exist within the city."

Su Ping nodded.

" However my lord... I believe we might've ran into some issues."
