Amuro Toru was feeling nervous when he saw a small robot staggering out of the corridor. The robot had two large forks in its hands and a wheel as its legs for walking.
Looking at the little robot walking on wheels and jumping in front of the mercenary, Toru Amuro fell silent again.
"It's a scrap robot, one of the many experimental products of the Metropolis. It seems to be very tenacious and has survived such a harsh environment." The mercenary looked down at the scrap robot that was walking towards them.
The scrap robot looked anxious. It pointed its forked hand at the mercenary, then at the end of the passage. It continued to spin in circles, even the movable parts of its head working together, trying to tell the two men something.
"Something seems wrong." The mercenary narrowed his eyes and looked at the corridor ahead.
Amuro Toru also looked at the scrap robot: "You said this is a product of Metropolis's experiments? Does that mean it went through the same batch of experiments as the people I met on the train?"

"All the products of the Abyss series of experiments can be collectively referred to as the Abyss. The core product of Abyss Five is something called 'Star Color'."

"So, what does this little robot want to tell us?" Toru Amuro looked at the increasingly anxious scrap robot again.
"Even if I accept the experiment, I'm not like Eli and Fiona who can understand the words of the Abyss Creatures..." The mercenary squatted down and looked at the scrap robot. "Do you want us to follow you?"
The junk robot nodded vigorously, with such force that several small screws on its body fell off.

Sure enough, while the scrap robot was weaving through the tangled root system, it was bitten by a strange creature with a wolf's head and a snake's tail.
